We know how important it is for gifts to arrive on time. Here is a quick overview of what to expect for shipping times
  • Large orders with 10 or more recipients make take up to 5 days to process for billing.
  • You can schedule your order for a future date. Typically, we ship Mondays–Wednesdays.
  • Transit time is usually 3–5 business days. We recommend giving some extra time around the holidays as it is a busy time for carriers and delays may occur. In our experience, giving yourself 7-10 days around the holidays is a safe bet.
  • If we miss you on the first delivery (remember, an adult 21 or older needs to sign for delivery), the carrier will try two more times. On the third strike, the wine is returned to us. Due to the cost of restocking and reshipping, additional fees will be charged.
  • If we have an email address for the recipient, we’ll send a note that includes tracking details and notification about any failed delivery attempts.
  • If you change your mind on where you’d like the wine sent mid-delivery, we’ll apply a $25 redirect fee and make sure it gets to the new address.
