The 2023 China Doll pours a glowing pale ruby red core and a rim that’s almost translucent. Boisterous aromatics of candied strawberry, white peach, jasmine and hibiscus come from the glass. On the palate, notes of juicy watermelon, bright raspberry, more jasmine and delicate floral tones are present. A touch of fresh crème and a long pretty finish with a hint of watermelon rind close out the wine.
