WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The 2023 Firebent Chardonnay enters as pure liquid gold into the glass. Rich aromas emerge with notes of ripe peach, caramel drops, butterscotch and sun- kissed jasmine. A full-bodied entry that coats throughout, hints of white peach, crème caramel, toffee and fresh brioche reverberate amidst the balancing acidity . The finish is bright with a pleasing sensation that culminates with ripe nectarine and lemon custard.
