Muté

A complex mature nose of dried apricots, candied plum, English breakfast tea, black fig and steak tartare, encompassed in a robust oak frame. The entry is smooth and rich with concentrated notes of toffee, butterscotch and a raspberry-blackberry reduction. The long finish is round and soft with lingering notes of cola and sarsaparilla.
