2021 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The 2021 All Grown Up presents a dark garnet core with a tinge of purple on the rim. The nose is incredibly direct with classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon notes of ripe black currant, coastal chapparal, star anise, wild sage, cedar box and melting chocolate chips. The entry on the palate is awe inspiring - rich and decadent with notes of black and blue fruit compote, black tea and hints of sweet licorice. Textured with structured yet softened tannins, the wine closes at length with a touch of espresso bean.
