WINEMAKER’S NOTES 
A dark mauve core with an appealing crimson rim sit s in the glass. The nose opens with alluring hints of blackberry, dark chocolate, tarragon, black rose and wet granite with the steady energy of volcanic soils. The palate engages with focused notes of black plum, blueberry, volets, Tahitian vanilla and a generous dose of texture throughout. Chalky on the finish the wine closes with a satiating thimble of sweet oak, all of which have come to define Double Take.
