WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The 2024 China Doll enters the glass flaunting a fluorescent wild ruby core with a pink salmon rim. Strawberry, pink guava and vanilla crème dominate the aromatics as the wine swirls. On the palate, bright, ripe aromatics of Bing cherry, white strawberry , Honeycrisp apple and white pepper dance across yielding a robust yet crisp sensation. A clean finish rounds out the wine with a pleasing note of rose hips and rhubarb.
