WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The 2024 Mannequin opens with a gorgeous white gold that slowly fogs up the glass, being served slightly chilled. Aromatic notes of white flowers, key lime and praline come through with a touch of caramel. The palate is generous and bright with a vein of acidity throughout and notes of Meyer lemon, apricot, white pepper and graham cracker. Closing at length, hints of white peach and peanut brittle bow out gracefully.
