While slightly mysterious on the nose, a complex, rolling bouquets of black cherry, fig, chocolate and sandalwood culminate in a complementary perception of sweetness. With a smooth and structure entry characterized by dark fruits, peppered filet mingon and spices, sweet oak emerges seamlessly concurrent with beams of acidity. The higher percentage of new French oak is noticeable in the finish with compact tannins that, together with the nose, will only open and develop to greatness over time.
