For the second year in a row, our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Veladora, is sourced entirely from the Solari Vineyard in Calistoga—one of our favorites in the region. One of our goals for the wine is to showcase the richer style of the varietal while also keeping it fresh and easy to pair with an assortment of foods . Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged just three months on oak before being bottled, the Sauvignon Blanc stays bright with loads of complexity.
