WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The 2025 Blank Stare slowly frosts a glass with a green gold core and flashes of the Emerald City. Bright tropical aromatics of passion fruit, pink guava, gooseberry and mangosteen dominate the nose. As the wine enters the palate, the sensation is taut with notes of lime zest, key lime pie and Anjou pear with crisp acidity through the finish.
