WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The 2025 30 Years has a gravity of its own – from the dark purple core and spectacular fuchsia rim to the opening ferrous aromatics of iron, ink and minerality that glide seamlessly into tones of bramble bush and wild strawberry. This is a wine without rivals. Notes of wild raspberry, blueberry jam, a hint of graphite and more ripe red fruit are highlighted by an unctuous flooding of the palate that gives way to grippy tannins that fold into the finish with a chiffon-like texture and lengthy close.
